Record Colorado Mule Deer?

This Mule Deer was supposedly harvested in Colorado this year. A Rad/Onc Therapist received this picture from her daughter who I believe is the one who took it. All the information I have is 2nd or 3rd hand from someone who doesn't hunt. If anyone knows anything else about this please feel free to share what you know. When I learn more I'll update the post.
