Recommended LW short Cot

Buddy just c are back from a 10 moose hunt and said the low light weight cot was a game changer compared to being on the ground. He was just not sure what brand it was. Who has used one and have a recommendation.

Therm-a-rest or Helinox...which is better?
6', 205# + 18# dog.

Helinox is better. Easier to set up, more support. Thermarest is lighter and takes up less space.
