Recommendations for an Outfitter/Lodge with great accommodations

A good friend is looking for a Western deer hunt that mainly revolves around great accommodations. Any recommendations for a whitetail or Mule deer lodge that has fine dining and 1st class accommodations? Thanks for your help, After reading other threads I compiled this list:
