Anyone use an online meal planner with recipes? Something that lets you put in foods to avoid (allergies) and spits out a plan with recipes?

Most personal trainers will offer this service, with or without retaining their training services. I'd look into that if you have any nearby.

I just cancelled my subscription to ChatGPT because it sucks but I did try asking before I cancelled and the results weren’t great.

I'm not sure I understand what you are after then? What are you looking for?

I have played around with chatgpt in constructing meals/menus with specific cal/macro needs based on my likes and dislikes and it's come up pretty decent. I don't think you even need a subscription to do that.

Maybe you are looking for something like this? https://www.eatthismuch.com/

I tried this and another one out earlier this year, but it felt like the cooking was getting too complicated and I needed a million ingredients, so I abandoned it. I moved to macrofactor to track what I was eating, and just add in foods throughout the day to hit macros. That way I am eating what I really want and have on hand, and don't have to follow recipes all the time.

I have used My Fitness Pal, there’s a phone app and also a website that I much prefer to the app for doing a lot of inputting. You can find recipes as well as input/save your own recipes to track your macros/calories.

I ended up entering my regular go-to foods to understand how I was tracking nutrition-wise and then tweaking my habits from there. It wasn’t until I entered everything into the app that I learned my doctored up overnight oats were pushing 1,000 calories!

It can pair with Garmin and other fitness apps to be your one stop shop for all things fitness.
