Recoil Pins Under Scope Rail on Springfield Redline

Tried removing them with vise grips. No go. Anybody know how I can get them off to direct mount a scope?

Did you try any heat? They might have used Loctite.

I tried a heat gun but so far they’re not budging.

If Loctite'd it might need more heat like a torch on the ends of the pins.
