What's everyone's take on the rear gear panel from marsupial?
I'm not so sure I trust velcro enough to be the only connection of my pistol holster to my bino bag

you could buy a brand new bino harness for the price of the panel and a couple of accessories. Sooo I’m considering the panel or trying an AGC

It connects to your bino harness via gate clips. Whatever you choose to attach is only connected by velcro.
Looks cool based on the video I watched on YouTube. I didnt see the price but like everything I'm sure its ridiculous for what it is. You could probably make your own for alot less

I can just see it get real hairy with the weight of a pistol as that velco starts to wear. Not to mention drawing said pistol

Looks like a neat feature for several of the accessories but if you get the panel and just the phone attachment, it would be $115 shipped. Not enough bang for the buck to me…

I’m generally not a fan of Velcro either. That being said, the Exo packs use Velcro to hold the shoulder straps to the pack and I never had an issue with those moving on me which I originally thought I would. When I first heard about this rear gear panel I envisioned a molle panel, however with Velcro you do get infinite adjustment for angle and placement of the accessories and likely the same performance/robustness. I think my bigger concern is dirt, that looks like a giant dirt/debris trap. I don’t go through a lot of brush but could see crap getting stuck to that panel pretty easily. I expected an $80 price so $60 seems on par with their pricing and makes sense they aren’t pricing it above the Guardian.

Would like someone on here to do a comparison to the Guardian chest plate.

Ya definitely understand that. There is definitely a big difference in types of velcro for sure. So really depends what they used i guess
