Myself plus 2 will be there.

Looking forward to a non biased approach to this! Thanks for taking the time to set up and document even if most of the “tests” are subjective, it’s still going to be helpful for folks. Lots of suppressors will be bought come January so great timing!

I think I can make it up there for a chunk of the day. Thanks for bringing this back up.

@Team4LongGun pm or post the location you would like people to show up.
Per previously mentioned above, folks wanting to attend need to give me a heads up and number of attendees. The location will be sent via PM.

I’m so excited for this!! I really want to know if the Vent 1 PIP technology is really ‘all that’. And if it’s worth the length penalty. The reaper and airlock have really got my attention too!

PS: I won’t be attending but will be looking forward tot he results.

Results are in! Testing and reviews and comparisons have been completed. The scores and opinions have been tallied.
We will be posting them after our Roksliders get a chance to shoot with them tomorrow.

Final call for those who want to attend-if you haven't already, make me aware so I can send you the location and details.

Thanks to Team4LongGun for letting us come shoot and listen to some suppressors! Thanks Josh for bringing that 18in 6.5! It was nice to hear the difference in barrel lengths, not as shockingly different as I thought it would be. The Airlock was definitely my favorite, the “size to suppression quality”, if that’s a thing, is impressive. The Reaper was nice, the Enticer and Nomad seemed like a small step down but I don’t think I’d complain about the sound if they were as small as the Airlock, and the PTR was also nice sounding but it’s large and not what tickles my gears. Didn’t really hear “tone” differences between the different suppressors like I thought I would hear, but my ears might not be expertly calibrated yet, lol! But the Airlock and Reaper seemed the quietest out of the ones I’m interested in. Recoil was a non-factor simply because my rifle is way too heavy and it doesn’t recoil much in its natural, ear defiling configuration. Anyways, that’s my uneducated opinion!

Really awesome to be able to hear and handle some of these suppressors before I eventually buy one myself, thanks again guys!!

Which enticer and which nomad were you all shooting?

Had a blast today with a group of fellow Roksliders.
While I will allow them to give their opinions, the winner was clear and obvious in today’s shoot.

Yea huge thanks to both @Team4LongGun and @Josh Boyd for bringing a variety of cans to mess around with, and @bhylton and @TrashPanda for letting me shoot their setups. That airlock was definitely something special… nice to get to see and hear a reaper in person as well, and honestly all of them impressed me, which isn’t hard to do considering prior to today I had about two suppressor experiences in total. I’d definitely like to get my hands on one of airlocks 6.5 cans in the future. Glad we dodged the rain for an awesome day at the range
