Realistic velocity out of a 280ai with a 22 inch barrel?

Wondering what kind of speeds everyone is seeing and bullet weight out of a 280ai with a 22 inch barrel

145 grain hammer hunters are 3100 fps out of my 22 inch ackley barrel. Probably could be pushed harder also but load shoots very accurate.

I’m around 3k with 150 eldx and h4831sc. Need chrony it since I’ve settled for the most part.

out of my 23" I get 3050 FPS w/Barnes 145 LRX.

24" Shilen 280 AI built by LRI. I'm still working tightening SDs but almost everything has shot around 1/2". I've had a couple groups approaching 1/4"

3125 FPS with 145gr LRX, Nosler brass and H4350.
