6.8 Western Muzzle Velocity Out of ~20" Barrels

I'm mulling over pulling a 23" 270 WSM barrel off a rifle I have and replacing it with a 19.5-20.5 inch barrel so it can be suppressed without being too unwieldy. The existing barrel doesn't have enough meat to properly thread, so a new barrel is baked in. To anyone reading this who has a rifle that fits the description, what sort of muzzle velocities are you seeing? If you're handloading, what powder and charge weight are you using?

Short barreled 270 WSM and 300 WSM muzzle velocities would also be interesting data points, although there's already a lengthy thread on short barreled 300 WSM MVs that veered off into a discussion about premium brass availability, so no need to repeat yourself if you already contributed to that thread.
