Real world 6 arc speeds

How much Lever if you don't mind me asking? Just curious for reference, I stuffed some 95's over 29gr and 29.4gr earlier this evening. Looking to be pushing 90 degrees when I shoot so didn't want to go higher until I get more data. This is out of an 18" gas gun. I previously got 2691 fps average with 29.4 LVR at 67 degrees so I'm kind of trying to see exactly how much the higher temps change things. I've read that it's OK from 65 or so and down but starts changing more over 65 and the higher the temps get.

I went up to 30gr in summer temps to test.

I wasn’t afraid of the results.

But it wasn’t worth the extra speed for what im using the gun for. 29gr is where I landed so I don’t have to think about it.

3151 fps average muzzle velocity. 21” bart barrel tikka t3x. 87gr vmax in virgin Hornady brass with 32.5 gr of lever and a cci srm. Gonna back this load down a half grain due to powder compression. No pressure signs. Temps were low 70’s.

Tikka T3x / 18" preferred barrel 1/7.5 twist / OTB suppressor / 200 rounds through the barrel before these were measured
Factory Hornady 103 eld-x - 2630 avg
Factory Hornady 108 eld-m - 2550 avg

I've been doing a bit of shooting and figured since this thread got bumped I'd contribute.
18" Shaw barrel on gasser shooting 95 TMKs @ 2.230" COAL
29.2gr LVR @ 90 degrees F - 2729 fps average for 10 shots
29gr LVR @ 90 degrees F - 2708 fps average for 10 shots

^both were with a warm barrel after firing 5 fouling shots.

How does your Shaw shoot? Mine was so good I sent it back. 3.5 moa for 20 with white box Hornady.
I've heard though that Shaw can make a decent barrel. Maybe I got a lemon

So far I'm a bit meh on it... It's doing 1.4" - 1.5" repeatably for 10 of my 95 TMK reloads that I'm still dialing in and testing (I'm brand new to reloading) because I really want to shoot that projectile so I guess technically it's not terrible but I'm spoiled by my Tikka reloads being so incredibly easy with the 6.5 CM. Factory 108's were doing pretty well though, never shot a 10 but some of the 5 round groups were great though I didn't measure them. The few test batches of 108's I've reloaded shot well but they were slow. I fear it may just not like the 95 TMK, though it's shot multiple 5 round groups at .6" and .7" those are obviously small sample size. I'm also a terrible bench shooter and my eyes are pretty whack so take that into account. I don't think the barrel is the issue with this setup, I think it's the shooter/reloader. I'm going back asap to try another variation with Staball Match that I haven't tried yet.

It’s my own 3D print but based on a scan of the Essary Development Axle grip.

I’m trying a few things out, and printing different versions as I identify something I’d like to change.

Well...I have very strong thoughts on AR grip design, and have yet to be 100% satisfied with anything on the market. Yours looks interesting for that reason. Do you have the ability to build a floorplate door into the bottom of them?
