It attaches to the bottom of the bino harness?
Does it have another strap around your back?
Is it comfortable with a pack on?

Yes, yes, and yes.

I'm not sure how much I will use it with a pack, though, since I prefer to use the belt attachment.

Thanks.

I’ve got molle attachments in my pack belt, but they are kinda far back for me.
I was curious if the extra strap with a pack on might hit in a bad spot.
If you won’t wear it to often with a pack, you would have to remove the plate/belt from the bino harness and carry it with you for when you do remove your pack?

I really like the modular design.
Great way to always have the pistol with you.

For most of my trips where I would be using my backpack, I wouldn't bring the bino harness plate at all. I would only use the pack belt plate.

I use the bino harness holster when I'm hiking without a pack or if I'm hunting spring bears without my pack.

I hope retention has been improved over earlier versions.

Justin,

So far the only negative I've had with my Razco is the need to unmount the holster from the backer plate and clean where the "cleats" go through the and secure in the backer holes. Dust and fine debris can cause an annoying (to me) squeak. Other than that, I've thoroughly enjoyed mine.

Take a look at a small mod I made to mine that made it a little more comfy for me to use.
