It attaches to the bottom of the bino harness?
Does it have another strap around your back?
Is it comfortable with a pack on?

Yes, yes, and yes.

I'm not sure how much I will use it with a pack, though, since I prefer to use the belt attachment.

Thanks.

I’ve got molle attachments in my pack belt, but they are kinda far back for me.
I was curious if the extra strap with a pack on might hit in a bad spot.
If you won’t wear it to often with a pack, you would have to remove the plate/belt from the bino harness and carry it with you for when you do remove your pack?

I really like the modular design.
Great way to always have the pistol with you.

For most of my trips where I would be using my backpack, I wouldn't bring the bino harness plate at all. I would only use the pack belt plate.

I use the bino harness holster when I'm hiking without a pack or if I'm hunting spring bears without my pack.

I hope retention has been improved over earlier versions.

Justin,

So far the only negative I've had with my Razco is the need to unmount the holster from the backer plate and clean where the "cleats" go through the and secure in the backer holes. Dust and fine debris can cause an annoying (to me) squeak. Other than that, I've thoroughly enjoyed mine.

Take a look at a small mod I made to mine that made it a little more comfy for me to use.

I am looking pretty close at this kit, it seems to cover most of the items I am looking for! I love the idea of the popular chest holsters like the Kenai or Recon, but feel like the best would be something that attaches to my Exo K4 belt. I love the idea of a convertible system that I can have on the pack, then easily transfer if I set my pack down or don't bring the pack, which is where this system looks pretty cool.

I feel like I would use the chest harness quite a bit when I don't have the pack. How is the quality of the chest harness?

I have used the ROMR system pretty extensively now, I ended up hating it on my Stone Glacier pack, but tried it again on my Exo and loved it. The Exo with the molle and their attachments had more room on the hip belt than the Stone did, felt very crowded on the hip belt with the Stone and attachments. No matter how tight I got the Stone straps, the whole thing wanted to slide a little every time I took the pack off and put it back on, very miner annoyance to me.

On the Exo, it stays in place perfectly. I had zero gun retention issues with the holster, no sliding, no squeaking or clicking from where the holster attaches to the plate. Works great, even took some tumbles on it and has held up fine.

I will continue to use it as it's just worked well for me and is very price friendly and durable.
