Anyone using a raptor 8 on 22 creedmoor?
So you have the 30 cal one?I’ve used it on 16” .223, 20” .243, 20” 6.5 CM, and 21” .270. If Mike ever sends me back my 22” .22-250, I will try it on that. What is it you want to know?

How does it sound on 223? Debating on getting the 223 specific one or not
Ok thanks for the infoYes, I have the .30 caliber one with the 3” reflex. It sounds like a loud fart on a .223. The 30 caliber Raptor 10 sounds a bit quieter.
If I was starting over, I would have bought the .224 caliber AB Raptor 10 for my 16” .223.
Ok thanks for the info
Never heard of that one. How's it soundFor my 22” .22-250, I have an Airlock Nano.

OG 22, Im guessing thats going to be something from unknown suppressors?I haven’t tried it on the .22-250 yet. It’s pretty quiet on my .223, but it heats up fast. It’s not as quiet as the longer heavier suppressors, but it’s quiet.
The other possibility you might consider is whether you want to wait for the OG22. Allegedly that will be a RokSlide only group but at some point. That would be a 4” + 4” reflex design that should be pretty quiet.
If you happen to be anywhere near central or southwestern Virginia, there’s a standing invitation to come out to my range and try out what I have.

Thought so, yea ill pass on that, a 4 inch can is not enough reflex or not, a buddy has their regular OG and while its ok for a shot or 2 hunting to take the edge off its nowhere near quiet enough for a dedicated can. Their Reaper interests me but since they're not tied to silencer shop the extra transfer fees make it too much for me to want to try .Yes.

Why im going the raptors
Ive heard theyre good to deal with but its so convenient to use the electronic setup of silencer shopGotcha. I like both my Raptors. They are good suppressors. Just throwing out some other options.
Check out what is available from Capitol Armory as well. No use limiting yourself to one shop. They ship direct to you via an instate SOT.
