Insulated version is 4.4, see link. I see they are standardizing them (the ASTM 1.9) but dont have a reference for those values.

Before I forget, you can use multiple lower R value pads as well. The values are additive so a 2.4 + 2.4 does equal 4.8.

My buddy just used a mid 4 r value pad in Arizona sleeping in my sawtooth few mornings it was 23 degrees. He had a 0 degree sg bag. I had a much higher rated exped pad and a 0 degree quilt we both slept just fine
