Question on K4 gun bearer.

I’m getting a decent amount of slop in the top buckle by the barrel. It seems to hold fine but more slop then I would like. This is with an empty pack. Maybe a full pack not so much. Anyone else having similar issues. Appreciate any feedback.

Having more volume in the pack certainly helps. I also slid the two tri glides together as close as possible pretty much. If you loosen the strap on the quick release and then pull the elastic part over it and then buckle before cinching it down, that also seems to help greatly. I hiked about 10 miles with mine this weekend, I thought it was maybe a little sloppy while the pack was on the ground, but once on my back with the butt of the rifle in the bucket, it was rock solid.

I've had just enough stuff in my pack to not have this happen yet but I definitely noticed it could be a potential problem.
