If if I can't wash my hands with soap and water:I was tired of the dust on everything in my reloading area which is why I stopped. Anymore I just don't hardly clean my brass.
A Swiffer duster sheet works really well, too.Dryer sheets or paper towels will collect the dust. Not sure of the method if its just contact or static, but it works well.
Might be sheet dependent. I only have dryer sheets in my house for the tumbler and never had an issue. For dryer sheets they need to be used. Don't use brand new ones. Roll the brass in a towel afterwards and it will be fine.
same, in fact I recently tumbled a couple batches of virgin Starline brass for this reason...also they felt a bit greasy from the package. My half baked theory is the dust acts as a dry lube for seating bullets
I dont do anything about it. Its fine
I dont consider my cases very dusty when I handle them though either. I just use harbor freight walnut shells
Put it in the tumbler , used dryer sheets. Then toss them after each batch.so you stick the dryer sheets ect... in the tumbler its self or the media separator used after the cases have tumbled for a while.
put the sheets in the tumbler. the open pores in the sheets will collect some of the dust. after each tumble throw them away.so you stick the dryer sheets ect... in the tumbler its self or the media separator used after the cases have tumbled for a while.
