Question about tripod head

Hello all,
my question is what kind of tripod head will be stable in off to shoot from?
the rifle weights about 10 pounds without ammo.

Pick a fluid ball head of medium to heavy duty. Rrs makes a nice one, sirui, 2 vets, etc.. anything used by prs guys will be good. try using the search function with entire threads about tripods and tripod heads

Rrs makes the best on the market.

I use a leofoto LH-30 and a LR-50 arca clamping base.
I shoot tikkas chambered in .270 and 6.5cm off it no problem.
