Question about selling guns on here

I and many thousands of others have had the same experience at usps and at ups. You can follow the letter of the law and still get refused. You can follow up with the postmaster or a regional manager all you want, Ive never seen or heard a word out of it. As far as I can tell every post office is its own fiefdom that does as it pleases with zero recourse. Same as UPS, if the local manager doesnt want to take it, theres nothing you can do and they dont give two shirts about what the UPS website or the law says.
Thats all a good reason to have and keep a good relationship with your local gun shop.

UPS is entirely different but USPS has rules and regulations, federal regulations. Ticks me off that they slide because people don't say anything when their federally funded agency gets thwarted by blue haire karens who decode they don't like guns.

Agree 100%. I don’t say that because I think it’s OK, I only say that because the OP hasn’t done this before, and it’s just something as a seller that you have to be prepared for. Agree that we should be following up when this happens, I just dont see any results from having followed up.
