So the capture bar on my QAD Ultrarest HDX broke (the shop working on my bow broke it by accident). I called the technical support folks at QAD and they are sending me a brand new one at zero cost to me. Very impressed with how quickly they are doing this without question and are even going to include a couple of felts to use in the future.
