Well after much deliberation...and really wanting a full frame, I stuck to my reasons for wanting a new set up over my D7100 and multiple lenses.
1. Reduce weight and multiple lenses
2. More compact
3. Weather sealed etc.
4. Metal frame rather than plastic
To that end I was close to buying the Z5 Nikon with 12-200 I think, but it wasn't MUCH smaller than the D7100.
In the end I chose an M43 format OM3 with 12-200 lens (24-400 equivalent in full frame). They gave me what I thought was a reasonable trade in price on the D7100 and 3x lenses that were purchased in 2014.
I know there are some compromises....not that sharp a display for the price etc. and no hand grip....but its smaller and I will take it more often with me.
I will make do with the "jack of all trades" lens, I think for my level of skill it will work out fine.
It feels solid, I have not used it yet just picked it up. I do like the looks of it.
