I have the Dudley Mach 1 in 80lbs that I purchased 1 week ago. After screwing my stabilizer on twice I realized that the pressure had caused the paint to chip off the riser. Then when picking the bow up, my release tapped the riser and another piece of paint chipped off. While inspecting it I found that one of the top limbs has splintered off. I now have to drive 2 hours One way to a dealer and have them inspect the limbs and then PSE will ship them new limbs and supposedly have it done before my hunt. They don’t seem very concerned for the money or time I’ll be out. I’m not impressed with this company. They said I’d need to ship the bow in at a later date to address the faulty paint. $1600 for a bow and this is the quality control you get.
*update, they said they had the right color of limbs now, but if I want them before my hunt next week the shipping would be on me, which I have no choice, but to do. As for the poor paint job, they said I could ship it in after hunting season to have it fixed because it sounded like they over cured the bow and “baked” it too long. That will be a 6 week turn around time. This is going to be a $2,000 bare bow before I get done paying for all their incompetences. It’s a hell of a way to treat customers. Make sure you buy a new one if you do, so you’ll have a warranty.
