Props to Zeiss

I sent back my conquests for some eye cup issues. Was told today that they are sending me a new pair. Big props for taking care of issue super quick with good care.

Nice. I will finally be paying off my zeiss victory HTs that I put on layaway next month. Can't wait to take them home and have them for this up coming season. Glad to know their customer service is standing behind their products.

Good to hear, I have to send my ht's in for eye cup and internal debris after a fall.

I had two strange issues. My left eye cup would only adjust to the first setting. My right eye cup's inner ring broke. Not sure if it was crushed or hit. No matter what, they took care of it. Easy and quick with no question.
