Promaster C426W

Have been searching for a budget friendly carbon tripod for a couple months now and found this on eBay, new old stock. I know it was Promasters opening price point offering a few years ago but I bought it based on the fact I've hardly read a bad word about them as a manufacturer.

Any experience out there with this particular model? Keeping with the budget theme the head will likely be a Schonfeld pan head.
