Hi all. I wanted to get some recommendations for a new program. I've always been pretty in shape with physically demanding jobs and hobbies, but recently had a little one and not having much time for the gym/ hobbies is beginning to take it's toll. I still eat pretty well so it's not out of hand, but want to get back into the swing of things and get back into good shape. What are some programs you guys enjoy that you'd recommend. Simple is better for me. I do have access to a good gym, just not a whole lot of spare time these days. Thanks a bunch and happy hunting!
