Don't use Mike Yalowizer. Buddy took in a boned out bull, was too hot to try to keep it in camp. Wanted steaks, a few roasts, rest cleaned up and froze to grind. He was irritated that we were going to make our own sausage and burger, kept telling us he did that. Yeah just steaks and roasts, freeze it all, we'll take care of it.

$400, the grind meat was frozen in 2 contractor bags that wouldn't even come close to fitting in a cooler.
