Processing Elk Colorado (Denver area to silverhtorne)

I can’t seem to find anywhere that has this info so I apologize in advance! Anyone have any recommendations for a processor or do an at home processor? Also looking an estimate of what to expect price wise looks from what I can find about $1.50lb. Hopefully someone on here has some good recommendations. Sorry I’ve been hunting for a few years in Colorado all solo and don’t know anyone who hunts so trying to figure this out! Thanks for your time! Hope you’re all having a great year/season!

I've had good luck with Steve's Meats and I know other's who have used Arapahoe Meat Co and have been happy.

I heard meat clever has turned it around. The old owners were awful but I’ve heard good things about the new owner. I’d probably give them a shot if I didn’t do it myself.
