Problems with KUIU

Bottom line is that Kuiu didn't take care of the OP until the problem was put online in a public forum. Regina Fish may have fixed it for this customer but she also put in place the procedure that led to poor service in the first place. If Kuiu comes here and pats themselves on the back for fixing a problem that shouldn't have occurred in the first place I feel compelled ridicule them for it.

We were able to get Ryan's issue straightened out resulting in a Happy KUIU Customer!
KUIU Customer Service strives for Happy KUIU Customers!
Thank you Ryan for giving us the opportunity to straighten this out for you and continuing to support us!
If anyone ever needs assistance my name is Regina Fish and I'm the KUIU Customer Service/Sales Manager here at KUIU and would love to help out! My direct line is 855-367-5848 x.279 and my email address is [email protected].

Thank you, Regina!

After speaking with Regina and learning what they had to go through to resolve my issues, I really can't say anything bad about my experience with their Customer Service Representatives. Every person that I spoke with was very helpful, and more than willing to go above and beyond in order to make my experience a positive one. Although it wasn't immediately apparent, Regina informed me that their CSRs were working behind the scenes to make sure that my issue was given top priority.

I also realized that posting threads like this on internet forums does no good in resolving the issue. If you are having any issues with KUIU, I would recommend contacting Regina before bringing on here for discussion.

Btw , I have not seen the post where the OP has declared himself a happy and satisfied Kuiu customer and that is the only person qualified to make that declaration.
Looks like he wrote his response as I was typing :)

I do agree that the problem shouldn't have occurred in the first place, but I did jump the gun by posting my experience so quickly. I should have given them the benefit of the doubt and let the situation play out.

problems like the OP's should certainly not happen in the first place but...I think Regina Fish posting on this forum and getting the problem solved is a step in the right direction and could help future problems. I don't own a ton of kuiu, but if I decide to purchase again, at least I have someone to contact if things go awry. who knows if it would be solved but at least there's a direct contact, don't think I have seen that on this forum before.

No , you shouldn't have waited. Kuiu has a history of greasing squeaky wheels and letting private shaftings go. If they were working on the problem from the beginning they would have promised to fix it and stayed in contact. This became a problem and priority for Kuiu right when it hit a big forum that they couldn't just delete it from.

Really who wants to be seen being a KUIU fan boy in VIAS or Verde now anyways? Just sold another piece of my KUIU gear. I just cant look past the bias on the kuiu forum and the CS issues. Anyone want large Merino Tees, Phantom and green 20ea.

They stayed in contact with me from the beginning, and even made a point to contact me with regular updates. It only took a few days to resolve the issue, so looking back, I feel like I should have given them a little more time to make things right.

At the risk of offending some as I often seem to do, I will say I have made roughly 10 orders at kuiu and none have been any trouble at all or even had anything put on back order. I understand people's frustration if they have had different experience but figured I would share my experience for what it is.
