Primos Jim Shockey Triggerstick Gen 2 or Gen3??

I'm looking at the tall (24-62") Triggerstick. What is the difference between the Gen 2 and Gen 3 and which would you recommend?

I have the first generation one and it was ok. Went to big pod and liked it much more.

Gen3. Better handle with a better lock and you can easily swap the yoke for a plate for binos or a lightweight spotter. New handle is a tad bit bulky though. But so am I.

I have the Gen 3 and it works great! No issues. Had another brand fail on my elk hunt last year when setting up for a shot.
