Nope not going here... Started a brief list in my head and my hair started standing up on my neck! And I want to upgrade gear! Sheesh..... Where is the crazy bugeye emoticon when you need it

The timing on this thread is funny. Just yesterday I was adding up in my head some of the costs of new stuff I'm gonna pick up this year and I started to cringe. I specifically work extra overtime to pay for all of my hunting gear and adventures so my outdoor pursuits do not adversely affect the family finances.

I am game..being my wife is a CPA, she knows the price of this priceless hunting gear and the field is leveled with her trips to Europe...keep it even steven and hide nothing I say Happy wife, happy priceless hunting gear..........

Ha ha..this is a great thread. The way I justified the cost was when I drew my Wyoming sheep tag, I figured I could outfit myself with the best backpacking gear available for half the price of a guided hunt. Makes a lot of sense to me!

P.S. Fortunately I already had the rifle!

What he doesn't mention is that he owns a couple of ATVs, they just aren't side by sides

You will hear no complaints from me, since a lot of his gear purchasing is to my benefit
