Preserving Euro Hung Outside

I tried to search for this topic as I would be surprised no one brought it up but I'm curious if anyone has an opinion on the best method to coat a euro for hanging outside on my shop? I've been thinking a clear water based urethane? Anyone coated a euro hung outside and had success with keeping it somewhat protected from the sun and weather?

Use poly acrylic not urethane. Urethane will yellow

Glaze coat might work too, not sure, but it doesn't yellow.

A lot of euro skulls from top taxidermists are air brushed. I don’t see how an automotive or equipment paint wouldn’t work great on the skull, but keeping antlers antler color is a hard one. I can’t ever recall seeing exterior antlers with the natural brown preserved - they all seem to eventually get painted.
