What’s everyone using for power bank for a planned 10 day trip? Mainly just to charge phone for pictures and videos and whatnot?

I can’t remember the name of the product but I remember seeing new lightweight solar panel set up at Sheep Show last year?

What’s worked well? What hasn’t that you’ve used?

If you’re moving every day solar is not the answer. They need time in direct sunlight to work properly. And they do, but not for short periods or moving. Get a power bank.

I've never done a multiple day, but Backyard is spot on with sunlight. I would suggest multiple 20,000 or 40,000. You would have to determine before hand how much you need. Just go through the motions on one of your off days to see how much power you need.

Ditch the solar idea and get a couple of Anker 10K’s. A touch heavier but considerably cheaper than a Nitecore. I can easily go a week on one 10K.

You possibly saw a Dark Energy panel/power bank. I think they were there. I’m going to be the opposite of what everyone is saying on here and advocate for the panel. Even if you’re moving, the panel is small enough to clip to the outside of your pack. For a trip that long, if you get any cold weather, leave something plugged in, etc you are going to have a dead battery quicker than expected with no way to recharge.

I have the 8w and the 18w. For your purposes the 8w would be enough. I charge a lot of camera gear so I need the banks to fill quicker with the 18w. I haven’t had issues with their battery packs either, but Anker makes great ones too that are cheaper. I’d go with a 20,000 mah and keep it topped off every chance you get. A lightweight solar panel is a better use of weight than multiple battery packs in my opinion.

It’s important to use them together though. I wouldn’t rely on the panel alone to charge your stuff. Have to have a pack to store the power.
