A U.S. District Judge in Florida, Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, has ruled that the federal law banning firearms in post offices is unconstitutional, citing an inconsistency with the nation’s historical tradition of firearms regulation. The judge’s decision dismissed part of the indictment against Emmanuel Ayala, a postal worker who was charged with illegally possessing a gun in a federal facility.

The 9TH circuit, just last week overturned a law Newsom singed banning conceal carry, in what he referred to as sensitive places, which covered virtually every place except our front lawn. Now he and the rest of his liberal friends in Sacramento will try to come up with something else to restrict our 2nd amendment rights. Once in a while the 9th circuit surprises me.

The Ninth Circus got something right for once.

I figure I'm not getting frisked at the post office so I don't worry about it.
