Possible issue with Beartooth 2’s

...Now my question to you guys, is this fairly “normal” and this will break in and feel better as time goes on or is this a sign that these boots aren’t for me? Any better lacing options or ideas that anyone has? I love the feel of these boots and they are comfortable as all hell so far.

Hi there and sorry for the delayed response...been a crazy month! Anyway, I had this exact same issue with my bearooths last season. I put a bit of leather oil around that area to expedite the break-in and it went away after 15mi or so. Hope that helps. If you have any more issues, give us a ring!
