Finally got to send one down range on an edible target with my recently face lifted rifle. 196 yards. Such garbage scopes. ;-)

I will say this, the detents are garbage, but I’m a point and shoot hunter 300 and less on deer. In my opinion you can’t beat the value for what they do. Light. Great glass. “Affordable”

Man, I had several VX5s and VX6 HDs. I thought the glass and low light performance was spectacular. I travel all over the country to hunt and my zero kept wandering. Every time I got to my destination I had to check my zero and make adjustments. If you look back far enough you will see I defended Leupold religiously. Had to eat some crow and now all my rifles wear nightforce and trijicon.

I’m 3/3 on the ones I’ve bought.

At least so far. Last one has been all over lower 48, Alaska and maybe Europe this fall (although , I’m kinda leaning towards rental).

Yeah, the haters condemn them, but they love POS Tikka's. LOL. Go figure. I've been killing shit from Pa to Africa with Leupold scopes for 45 years. I have at least 2 dozen of them and never had to send one back yet. They somehow survived 300RUM, 458Lott, 470NE and 505Gibbs rifles and some heavy recoiling handguns. Been travelled on plenty of rough roads too. Only thing I didn't do yet was throw any rifles down a rockslide or off a cliff. Seem's to be common here. Maybe that's my problem. Haters, followers, ass kissers.....whatever. We got plenty of them here.

pay attention to what. exactly? Seems they sell every scope they make without any problems...don't see them going bankrupt any time soon. can't say that about many others in the hunting and shooting world. if you sell all that you produce you are certainly doing something right. you keep buying SWFA and Trijicon and Vortex.....i will buy Leupold. When one lets me down, you will be the first to know.

Where's the best place to sell a lightly used Leupold VX-5HD 3-15x44 scope and get maximum price? I suspect that Rokslide is not that place. I'm thinking of placing mine up for sale and getting another Trijicon Tenmile. Ebay?

I’ve had issues with leupold intermittently. Zero wondering, when my other stuff always stayed zeroed. Currently only have the VX freedom 350 legend. Everything else has been switched out for nightforce
