2026 Weight Loss Thread

Another long, crazy weekend has me a day late, but here is my weekly weight loss update.
6-8-26 - 209.0

Down 1.3 from last week and 64.0 from 12/20.

Good to be back on track - still chasing to get to around 195.

Looks like you've done a lot more work than me, but we are both 209 and both have 195 as the goal. I'm hoping to be there by the end of August. We can do this!
 
Been on a similar journey since Jan 2024. I was about 290 back then and sitting at 230 now. My goal is to get between 215-220 and stick there. I’m 6’2 with a decent frame so I think I’ll finally hit my desired level of leanness in that weight range. Bookmarking this for some accountability!
Check in time… ended up having rotator cuff surgery at the end of April so that’s interrupted my training but sitting at 224 right now. I was anxious as heck that I’d gain a bunch of weight during recovery!
 
Scale said that I was down 13 of the 30 that I was hoping to cut this morning. Trying to focus my eating at this point and fine tuning workouts. Received a picture of one of the elk on the ranch that we will be hunting this fall. He should be a stud this fall. Additional incentive to get it done.
 
6/22 161.6 -49.2

Almost done. Gonna grind it out one more week then a week of vacation and it’s time for an 8 week refresh. Not going crazy but definitely going to eat a little more and lift heavier. I’ll post a final weight Friday or Saturday but either way Im happy. Blown thru two goal weights (170, 165). Sz 32 are fitting loose for the most part. Taking links out of my watch bracelets. Wedding ring about falls off. At 210lbs an XL shirt was pretty tight and 36s were busting at the seam. I’m wearing a mix of M/L shirts now. At almost 41 years old my arms and legs are super vascular but I can’t quite uncover those lower abs…yet.
