Place to Stay in Unit 36, New Mexico.

Drew an early archery tag for unit 36. was wondering if anyone had any recommends for hunter friendly lodging in the Ruidoso Area.
Also anyone know anyone who packs animals out for a fee.

Congrats on one heck of a draw! I would recommend an AirBnB cabin/trailer. Since the race track isn’t re-opening, the Labor Day lodging shouldn’t be as insane as normal —the prices should be correcting a bit as well. The hotels wouldn’t be ideal to deal with any meat work if you are able to fill a tag. My wife and I used to stay at her grandmother’s trailer when hunting there — the trees gave us some options.
