I have had the pleasure of starting to build a family retreat / hunting cabin this summer, and as all these things seem to go, have whiffed a few self imposed deadlines. The most important of which is having the space livable for duck camp in a few weeks.
To that end, I’d like to camp inside the shell of the building, but have no good ideas how to stake down my Kodiak canvas tent on a concrete slab. My only idea at this point is the slap down some plywood sheets and lay the tent on top, then screw the tent to the plywood in lieu of stakes (I am not going to drill holes in the concrete).
Has anyone ever done anything differently or have a better idea? As a side note, the plywood is already on site.
