How long should i keep the Sawtooth pitched after sealing the seams.

I would prefer to keep it up 24 hrs but we get a rain storm every evening and afternoon.

The seam dealer dries in 30 mins. So I would say keep it pitched for 1 hour. Then take the tent down and lay it out in your house (not in stuff sack) and let it cute for 24 hours. This is how I've always done mine

I kept mine up for the full 24. But I think it says after 3 hours its not tacky anymore. Id seam seal it wait for the recommended time 3 hours or so then hang it spread out in a garage or basement to finish curing.

I don't think you would need that long but do you have a garage or other large space? What I did when I sealed up a tent recently was to pitch it and do all the seams. Then after a couple hours, the silicone was still a little tacky so I hung the tent in my garage and spread it out a bit.

Grr, SHTF beat me to it.

Mine was still pretty tacky after an hour. I dont know if it was because it was hot out or what. I wouldnt of wanted to collapse it in 30 minutes. i guess check it and if it feels good go for it. If not wait a bit longer.

It would also depend on what you are using. I did the silicon caulk and mineral spirits so depending on the mixture, it could take longer to dry. Also, if you use caulk, it actually dries slower if it is cooler or the air has low humidity.
