I was pondering this and discussing it with my wife. We can't decide:
It doesn't happen a lot, but sometimes hunters will move in on you if they see you and mess up your stalk. Once I had a guy shoot a mule deer right over my head when I was set up for a shot. It was a plains hunt. Funny enough, the guy about crapped his pants when he found out who I was because we work in natural resources and he was a state biologist there. I think he got a talking to later. I recognized him and his boss was one of my mentors I keep in touch with. My dad also had a grumpifying experience with a giant mule deer on a 20 some year tag. I just realized...what is it about mule deer?
Would they be just as likely, more, or less likely if one was in pink and they thought you were a woman?
