Piggyback Kifaru Scout to Cargo Panel

I have a Kifaru Scout bag and a frame/cargo panel on order. I'd like to be able to attach the scout to the back of the cargo panel but can't quite figure how to attach it. The scout has loops on the top and bottom that I can attach slotted female buckles to, but I'm not sure how to attach vertical to the pals webbing on the cargo panel. Has anyone tried to do something similar to this?

the guide lid kit comes with 2 straps that have female/male buckles on one end a 3 bar sliders on the other. those would work, but if it were me i would probably just use zip ties.

How were you able to order the scout? I haven't seen them post it up yet.

I bought the scout two years ago. Coincidently when I was talking with them on the phone I found out they were doing a limited run on them soon. Love that pack, glad to see it coming back.
