Finally finished this one up I posted earlier. Still fairly new at this and my finishing needs some work. But turned out pretty decent all things considering. Just a hair under 4.5 oz with the kydex sheath

First partial tang. I’m pretty much sold on them. They’re lighter than a tapered tang, and plenty strong. I hope to design more of my field dressing patterns like this to really lighten them up for the back country hunter, while still providing a full sized blade/handle.

This one is in magnacut at 63.5 hrc .008”behind the edge thickness

I had this one made for my wife last Christmas. Handle matched her college school colors. I'm going to have Nick make me one for my elk hunt next fall. Knix Knives is the company name.
