This is Hippodamia converges, right? Was this picture in California? I hear that they "converge" in the Sierras for winter. Then people collect them by the millions and sell them to gardeners to release in their gardens to control aphids.

It was in the Sierras , im not sure of the Science of it but there were thousands . They would be on your shirt , hat , legs , face if you walked through them on the trail. Was really cool to see
We have to work on his sleep system. That sleeping bag is a load in itself.Ya' gotta love it when he carries his popgun when you and he go "hunting"! He needs to learn how to trim down his load a bit though.
