(Sorry, Not a great picture as this was with my phone at a distance.) I Ran into these studs while fishing the other day. These are incredible bucks for this region. I can’t wait to see what they look like without their velvet. They’re just Living the good life in a no hunting zone (municipal). I’m going to try and get better photos with my real camera once it cools off a bit outside.
I did a little night hike yesterday morning. We started hiking at midnight, climbed 4,000 vertical feet, and got to the top at 3:30 am. This picture is from 9,370', about 5,000' above the valley. The population of the area in view is close to 100,000.
My first attempt at an underwater photo that I took yesterday...Resurrection Bay, Alaska ...
Ignore the couple of unusual bright spots in the image...nothing to see there...move along...no way those were caused by reflection of the overhead room lighting on the glass of this aquarium at the Alaska Sea Life Center in Seward.
(Just adding some humor guys...we were there with our 3yo grandson for a fun day yesterday )
