Twentymile River Alaska. My wife caught a small dollie and tossed it back. The local eagles were all about snapping them up. At one point, there were 13 eagles surrounding us, just waiting.

Love all the father-son photos. My sons both accompanied me on many trips afield when they were young. They're 33 and 28 now, and we still head afield together. I feel real good about that. You're doing this right. :)

Thanks man! I started hunting pretty late in life when he was 7, he's been tagging along with me pretty much since the beginning and I've had the privilege of having him with me for all my big game harvests so far. Looking forward to switching roles and helping to pack HIS animals off the mountain soon enough...enjoying every minute of the journey along the way though, best hunting partner a man could ask for.
