Sold my Canon 7D for a Fujifilm XT-2. I was skeptical about switching to mirrorless, but so far Im extremely happy with the switch. Couple shots over last weekend, no post editing. The color rendering I think is better than my canon and as far as weight the XT-2 with a wide angle lense and a zoom is right at 2 lbs. My canon with one lense was right at 4 lbs.

It's not too bad I guess. I'm just eager to see how the "good" photos turn out. Really hoping the weather clears while I'm here either during the day or night.

It is a prime example that phone photos can be just fine many times.

Moraine Lake, Banff National Park. Google some photos of this lake and Lake Louise and you can see what I'm hoping to capture.

I'd love to get the Milky Way over it but I have to be there around 3am to do it
