Pete’s Pillars customer service…

I ordered the pillar kit and they forgot to include the Devcon. It isn’t a crises as I used some older stuff I had To get the job done. I had paid for the epoxy so I wanted it. I called Pete’s to ask them to send some out. No answer, left voicemail. Called them again, went to voicemail, no response. I ended up sending them 3 additional follow-up emails and finally got a response….”ok, I’ll send you some” well, that was over 2 weeks ago. Sent another email this morning with no response.
Honestly, $10 worth of glue isn’t a big deal but the lack of customer service and communication has been horrible. It doesn’t feel good spending my money with them and they blow me off When they make a mistak. Imagine if it was a more expensive item!
Tomorrow, I will stop payment on the Visa card just out of principle.

Just order Pete's stuff on Ebay.

Dealing with them direct (virtually) is awkward and slow.

The Ebay stuff comes quick and less hassle. It's also less expensive because the shipping is baked in and Ebay check out is faster.
