For anyone who has used Peter's approach, what's the best place or way to start? I've joined as a member and listened to some of the podcasts, including a short one that covers his views on stability, strength, aerobic efficiency and anaerobic peak - but it (at least at first) otherwise seems a bit overwhelming. I know I have a lot to do to improve, but I figure one way to make it more likely to follow through is to just master some basic things in each category, and then build upon those. Any input would be appreciated.

I really liked his information at first but with him wanting to charge $20 a month, dude got greedy. I believe you can find similar information for free from other good sources.

Sorry that wasn't super helpful..

I find starting any monumental task is all about splitting it into sizeable chunks and putting one foot in front of the other.

Good luck!

Thanks. I decided to take the chunks approach, and much of what he has out there is public, but (at least so far) I like the level of detail and research based support. As a good threshold “chunk”, I always heard and knew sleep was important, but a few podcasts on sleep have opened my eyes as to how important it is.

Just start with one piece. I still follow his content. Started with diet, then fasting, excercise, just let one piece build on the previous piece. It’s like the whole how do you eat an elephant thing. One bite at a time.

Yes, he has a lot of really good information and was the beginning of a lot of changes I made to my "life system" or whatever.

I am no good at following programs, I go the Goggins route, do stuff that sucks! Like carrying heavy chit up mountains.
