Pet loads with 162 eldx and RL 23?

I have used the search feature for my 7 RM and pulled up some good fairly good info on this but not a ton.
Have a pile of RL 23, ADG brass and WLRM.
I have loaded the 160 accubonds with this combo but with RL 22 in the past.
Curious if anyone else has any info…thanks
