Peltor Comtac 3s. Neck band, dual comm, and single lead PTT. Volume button doesn’t always work on the Comtacs. You can pretty much always turn the volume down but turning it back up doesn’t work often. Usually you have to turn the unit on and off a few times to get the volume up to work. Rubber has started to tear where the neck band attaches. Could be repaired at an electronics shop or similar, but I just don’t feel like doing that.
