I busted the cheap ass bracket on my duo. They are out of stock, of course. Does anyone know of another place to get one?

You could get a Sofirn H25LR for $12.
You would have a new bracket and a spare light

Sofirn, Slonik, Peax all have the same 18650 chassis body. Their internal electronics, and programmed clicks are different.

If you get a generic bracket and strap for this style headlamp it will likely fit Peax just as it would any of these other Chinese 18650 headlamps.
